What encryption program is the best and the most complete?

I am interesting about the strong encryption that exist and the most complete encryption program (that have encryption text, encryption with public and private keys, with One-Time Pads, with wipping and shredding ability, and have as much as encryptions algorithms it can be).

for my file and folder encryption I like truecrypt;

and for mail of course PGP.

The important part: that the source is open. So anybody can inspect the mechanisms by which data is encrypted and decrypted.
