The test you will almost certainly need to take is the GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test).
This test was designed by Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) to provide them with a selection test for candidates applying for MBA programs. It has grown in popularity with business schools and it is now a requirement for over 1,800 MBA programs world-wide.
Most good MBA programs will ask for a GMAT score. If you are in any doubt as to whether you need to take the test check with business schools you aim to apply to.
Studying for this test will improve the score you get in and therefore will improve your chances of being accepted on the MBA program of your choice.

Some good universities for MBA are Wharton, Harvard, and Kellogg. They are hard to get in but not impossible. You will need to get high scores for your GMAT and/or GPA. To study for the GMAT, just buy one of those preparation guides made by Kaplan or Princeton Review and practice as much as you can.
