'I haven't time in my day to be bothered with that,' or 'You obviously have too much time on your hands,' or 'You need to occupy yourself more,' like on the clothes peg question earlier when they are quite obviously sat in front of a computer just like me doing fu(k that could be termed constructive - who has too much time on their hands then?

BotaXupeR I hope you are being witty because that's exactly the kind of thing I'm talking about. I'll assume you're being witty.

No, it's not my cat though Zippy does look a lot like that. I got it from stuffonmycat.com but I will be putting amusing pictures of Zippy on my header at various times.

The people in question are usually point wh0res who simply want their two points for doing nothing constructive themselves.

And I always have time for a lovely fluffy puddy cat such as yourself!

Perhaps they are like the child that claims they're "starving", then only eats a bite of food.
Or, maybe they find their preconceived answer doesn't appear quite so witty when typed on the screen as they envisioned it when it was in their mind.
Sort of like this rambling illogical answer of mine, but i soldiered on in spite of the dumb *** tag I've earned by printing it.
I hate the "At the end of the day" saying.............I know it's not really relevant to your question but since I've admitted I'm not too bright, I figured I throw it out anyway.

Yeah. It's especially cool on the net, cos it has the impersonal non-vocalisation of an sms, (y do they make us smile?), but u get that same fleeting moment of happiness just knowin that some1 has thought about u. We live in a big bad world, but we all love each other really. Especially u wiv ur using brackets instead of the letter C so u can swear in a polite way. Aah.

Sorry, not right now, I'm a bit busy at the mo', for obvious reasons. I'll get back to you. I'm sure you understand how busy life can sometimes get. You know work piling up, supervisors in your ear, the boss on your back, customers jumping through the windows. Don't call me I'll call you. Ciao.

how can being on yahoo answers be classed a waste of time, you are actually learing, what other people think, by reading the answers they give to the various questions, and also trying to help them by answering, seeing what others think, and all the different opions, i dont class that as a waste of time, its taking an intrest in other people

Agreed. We all get 24 hours a day, every day. How we spend it is up to us. But a lot of time is wasted by people making excuses for not having enough time...

I have a really involved hobby that is more a passion. It grates on my nerves when people say that I have too much time on my hands. It is one of the things that really offends me.I have the time, because I budget for it,and I can do what I want with it.

You have alot of time on your hands to write such a lengthy complaint. I haven't the time in my day to be bothered with that. You obviously have too much time on your hands. you need to occupy yourself more. ;)

Well observed. The same ones who read a question in the list, have no inclination to contribute in any way except to tell you that your wasting your time, when it's clearly them wasting your time.
