It absolutely could be muscle pain. But it could be something more serious. Don't believe it when people say that breast cancer is painless (my sister is a 10 year survivor and had pain with hers, and lost her breast because people kept saying that the cancer is painless). Usually, yes it is, but not always. Talk to your doctor as soon as possible about this. He/She can do a physical exam that can usually determine if it is muscle or soft tissue (breast tissue).
Regardless of what your doctor says, if you are not comfortable with his/her diagnosis, insist on a mammogram or ultrasound of that area. This will help you rule out breast cancer. Your life is not worth waiting to get a proper diagnosis.

It's best that you visit a doctor to screen for breast cancer so
as to clear your undue worry of any pain at or around the right
breast.
Usually, the pain and ache started all of a sudden and there's
no sign of anything but it could be something else in a week's
time.
I'm not to scare you, but early prevention is the best cure.
Best of luck.

It's time for a breast exam and a mamagram. It could be muscle pain, but why risk it. Breast cancer can come at any age!
