the whole country is split almost halfway with the democrats more favorable right now..

That's not the impression I get. Democrats are on their moral high horse concerning a number of issues. According to Democrats, Republicans are polluters (environment), war-mongers (Iraq), racists (immigration), greedy (pro-free market), and overly religious (abortion).

I didn't realize Republicans thought of themselves as superior. Man, I'm really going to have to talk to my mom about that! And the rest of my family! And my husband!
Yes, the Democrats are more favorable in some areas. So? Give it a few years. It'll switch right back to the Republicans. And then back to the Democrats. And back. And forth.
And you know what? Nothing will ever change!

It makes them feel better without thinking about how they really f**ked up and kicked people in the behind. Republicans hardly talk about the real issues they always attack their opponents ...always pointing their fingers without looking at their own faults. it's easier for them...... Just like the school bully that picked on kids cause they had their own issues that they didnt want to deal with...same concept.

Republicans are more favorable to personal liberties and freedoms. Permitting people to keep more of their money, the right to bear arms, open use of public lands, free speech.
Did you know the A.C.L. U. does not recognize the entire "Bill of Rights" Another Liberal Hypocrite organization selective in what and who to defend.

repubs have never acted superior...the dems, even tho they have been out of power soooo long, will always try "the superior " card...this is way they tend to lose major elections...
