Sleep on a clean pillow case every few days, you can put tea tree oil on it at night, use the mint julep mask twice a week. That really helps. Also make sure you exfoliate twice a week to get rid of dead skin cells. Make sure your cleanser has acne medicine and most importantly drink plenty of water. That will help the most. I used to have problem skin, but now it is smooth and clear. I also put baking soda mixed with water on my face and take a shower. it helps to exfoliate. That is what makes it baby soft. Good luck. What works for one person might not work for others. Using witch hazel as an astringent also helps some people. I know the baking soda will get your skin noticeably smooth right after you do it.
I do the baking soda thing right after work on MWF. I do the Mary Kay micro dermobrasion twice a week and Loreal Adult Acne Peel twice a week. My skin was breaking out like everyday, but now it is looking great and the spots are almost gone!

Change your make up and start using Mineral Powder, this is more healthier to use than cream foundations. As it is a natural ingredient from the earth it also has a healing element to it. I started using it a few months back, and its so much better for the skin, and my spots heal in half the time, and don't look too bad with mineral powder on, like they do with cream foundation.
Have a look at the following website, they do loads of shades and you can buy sample pots to try out. You will love it if you try it.
Also, when you have washed your make up off, fill the sink with fresh water and put some witch hazel in it, or some tcp, this will help heal them quicker. Also invest in some Sudacrem, and when you go to bed, put a little bit on each spot. Don't rub it in, just leave the blob on them and that will reduce the swelling of the spot and the soreness around it. (If its good enough for a baby's bottom, then its good enough for your face).
All the best.

I would check with a dermatologist first before I tried anything to make sure what the spots were. Then follow the doctor's instructions on how to get rid of them. The treatment may be a pill or cream, only the doctor should prescribe this for you.
Before you go, sit down and write notes to help answer some questions the doctor may ask.
How long have you had spots?
Are you using any new products that you were not using before you had the spots?
Have you been spending more time in the sun?
Check out the website listed below and you may get more questions to ask. Best of luck getting this problem under control.

If you are young (13-19 then it may well be part of your hormones - you should see a doctor if conventional treatmanets (such as Clerasil, etc) aren't working. Cleanse and tone every day and use a lightweight non-oily moisturiser (excessive drrying of the skin can worsten the problem)
Try to drink lots of water and stay away from fatty foods.
Other things that can lead to spots include:
stress
periods
dirt & grime
'picking' at your other spots
Try not to touch your face to often, and don't OVERDO the make-up - when you are having a day at home don't wear any! Your face needs to breathe!

Follow a good cleanse, tone and moisturize routine at home, with products suitable for break outs, regular facials will improve your skin tone and help filter impurities, it takes at least 3 weeks for your skin to benefit from a new product. It a good idea to exfoliate once a week, as this gets rid of the loose dead skin cells and leaves a more radiant looking complexion. You can remove blackheads carefully when the pores have been open, but you should never squeeze the pus ones, as they contain bacteria, which ones popped will spread around your skin and infect other areas. See a Beauty Therapist who will give you the best advice.

Dump the make up, eat healthy, drink a lot of water and wash your face with non scented soap, for example, St. Ives is specialised in getting rid of spots etc.

Its good to visit a dermatologist to establish the possible cause of the spots, sometimes the spots might have something to do with hormonal imbalance and you may require a contraceptive prescription (like Diane); but you can also try using a dermatological preparation or mixture that contains salicylic acid.

you are gonna have to lay off the make up for a while and drink lots of water to flush your system out. It also depends on your diet no grease foods etc.
when i had bad spots i used every spot cream under the sun including stuff from the doctors which seemed to make my skin worse.
Then i stopped using everything and now i just use hot water and take star flower oil which is suppose to help with your complexion .
My skin is now spot free!! it worked for me

Firstly, you could cut down on the amount of foundation you use! And wash your face twice a day, also try eating lots of fruit and veg as it gets the vitmamins your skin needs. If this still hasnt made a difference, try going to your local GP and asking for tablets, or lotion! I use tablets from the doctor and they are really good! xxxx

dont stress about them. You can get spot creams from any drug stores and wear those. Make sure your cleansing your face well if you are wearing makeup and eat healthily and drink lots of water. It'll take time for them to go.
