Humans, or human beings, are bipedal primates belonging to the mammalian species Homo sapiens (Latin for "wise man" or "knowing man") under the family Hominidae (known as the great apes)

Homo habilis was the first of the species man.

potato - Solanum tuberosum
tomato - Solanum lycopersicum, formerly Lycopersicon lycopersicum
neem - Azadirachta indica, syn. Melia azadirachta L., Antelaea azadirachta (L.) Adelb
common frog - The frog is an amphibian in the order Anura, there is no such thing as a 'common' frog.
earthworm - Earthworm is the common name for the larger members of the Oligochaeta (which is either a class or subclass depending on the author) in the phylum Annelida
pigeon - Columba livia
lady finger - ambiguous wording, maybe Persicaria maculosa, formerly Polygonum persicaria
red coloured flowers - ????

Homo erectus
Solanum tuberosum
Lycopersicon esculentum
Azadirachta indica
Rana temporaria

Columba livia

"red coloured flowers" is pretty vague to be assigning a scientific name to.
