why does he do this and whyat does it mean????
my ex broke up with me 8months ago and still trys to contact me when i tell him i dont want contact....why does he do this? does he still have feelings for me and is there a chance that we coud get back together?
i cant have contact with him if he wants it over and i have told him that but he still trys to contact me and says he wants to know if im ok
what does this mean???

SOUNDS TO ME LIKE HE DOESN'T WANT YOU BUT HE DOESN'T WANT ANYONE ELSE TO HAVE YOU EITHER. I WAS WITH SOMEONE LIKE THAT BEFORE.
IT'S LIKE HE THINKS THAT IF HE KEEPS YOUR HEAD SCREWED UP BY CONTACTING YOU OCCASIONALLY, THAT YOU MAY BE SLOWER TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO TAKE HIS PLACE. THAT AS LONG AS YOU THINK THERE'S SOME LITTLE CHANCE OF A RECONCILIATION WITH HIM THAT YOU WON'T LOOK ELSEWHERE. AND THIS GIVES HIM MORE TIME TO FIND SOMEONE ELSE FOR HIMSELF TOO (ALTHOUGH I DOUBT THAT HE'S REALLY WANTING SOMEONE ELSE RIGHT NOW). IT'S ALL ABOUT CONTROL. AS LONG AS HE IS IN CONTROL, HE'S OKAY.
I SAY RIP THE RUG OUT FROM UNDER HIS A** AND AT LEAST ACT LIKE YOU'RE ON THE MARKET -- EVEN IF YOU'RE NOT!!!
ONCE YOU SHOW HIM THAT YOU'LL BE FINE AND THAT YOU'RE A SURVIVOR, IT'LL DO ONE OF TWO THINGS TO HIM. IT'LL EITHER WAKE HIM UP TO THE FACT THAT YOU ARE THE BEST THING HE HAS (AND HE'LL TREASURE YOU FROM HERE ON OUT), OR HE'LL TUCK HIS LITTLE TAIL AND RUN THE OTHER WAY. AND IF HE RUNS THE OTHER WAY, THEN YOU'RE MUCH BETTER OFF WITHOUT HIM. EITHER WAY, YOU'LL END UP BEING THE ONE IN CONTROL OF THAT SITUATION.

He is probably having more problems finding someone else than what he thought and is looking at you cause he knows you still love him, maybe.
He realises what he has lost and wants you back, maybe.
