is it safe to bleach hair then dye it?

Yes, that has been the standard for many colors for many years. My mother who was trained in the 50's (and that was her last training lemme tell ya!) said to go red from any color you had to bleach the hair first. Whether you would WANT to, I dunno. My hair couldn't take the double processing.

it is not good to dye your hair already why do you dye it twice then...

Its safe...but harmful to ur hair..
