I haven't had sex in almost a year because im shy and I have mental problems.

i think you want to kill yourself because you're depressed, not because you're not having sex. not having sex may be sad but not enough to push you over the edge. are you on meds? you might want to get on some if you are really suicidal. get a really good psychiatrist and give the meds a try...stick with them cuz it's dangerous to be so low.

Yes it is normal. Of course anyone in this world is craving for sex. It is just like eating. You enjoy eating and you need food when you are hungry, and when you are craving for sex, you need sex. So it is quite normal. Good luck, and dont kill yourself please!
