It's a shar-pei

Shar pei`s look cute as puppies, often have problems due to their excess of skin. Most commonly recurrant skin infections because they get all moist and sweaty in the folds. They also often suffer from inturning eyelids so that the eyelashes rub in the eyes and can cause serious infections and pain if left untreated. The Shar Pei originated in china but a lot of development of the breed has happened in America and the breed has become more and more wrinkley. Different breed lines have differant degrees of wrinklyness - in general the chinese lines are better. They can be nice dogs but as a lot of the emphasis is on looks and not temperment or health they can suffer a lot of problems.

It's a Shar Pei. They're Chinese dogs and apparently they're quite prone to skin and eye problems (Irritants can get caught up in the wrinkles, and I heard somewhere about some that had their eyelashes scratching their eyeballs because of all the wrinkles).

I assume you mean a L'Oreal advert (I've seen one with a Shar Pei)

the dog with all the wrinkles in the anti wrinkle advertisement for LG washers/dryers is a Chinese Shar Pei and I wrote to LG to complain about the fact they called them slightly smelly. I have 2 Chinese Shar Pei's and they don't smell. My daughter's dog is a cocker spaniel/dauschund mix and she has to be bathed more frequently than the Shar Pei's to keep her odor down. Shar Pei's don't smell bad unless they aren't cared for (like any dog).

A Shar Pei?

Its a Shar-Pei, they are lovely dogs to have as pets, mine was so well behaved around kids n cats, even ate round the kitten when he got into her bowl to steal her food!!! They are prone to ear and eye probs, mines brother had to have his ears clipped twice and was nearly blind, unfortunaltely mine passed away suddenly at 5 yrs of age, they do tend to have fairly short life spans and need a very strong hand as they were originally bred for fighting so are strong muscular dogs who needs lots of care and walking.

They are called Shei Pei's. And don't worry, they eventually kinda "grow" into their skin.
