Get out of the country when work is not likeable due to discrimination or other issues.

Your question "but don't like working there any more" confuses me a little, you don't like working in Australia any more or you don't like working for the company thats sponsored you? if you dont like Australia any more (though I dont know why you wouldnt, its my home and its a perfectly beautiful place ;) )then jump on a plane and head on home...but if you like the place and not the job then I suggest you find yourself a good immigration lawyer and start the ball rolling so you can stay. It is possable to be granted residency without loosing your home country's citizenship, but you will find it easier to get your residency granted if you are working here, so I sugguest you get things moving while you still work for the company thats sponsoring you.
Hope this helps

Ask an Australian - most of them don't like work either!
