Together for 10years with a 4year old son. Separated for 4weeks now. We had one small arguement, I turned out of proportions. This might have been used as an escape route or might have triggered past problems. Now she's dating another man. But things arent working out with them. She moved out and made it clear she wants out of relationship with me. 1st week->I begged, 2nd week->I stayed neutral, 3rd week->I courted her..none of it worked and she's just making it clearer for us to move on our own ways....but all this week, I stayed quiet and said "I quit and won't be chasing you anymore, but should there be a chance for us, there's no reason in this world, I wouldn't take you back" Basically, I just let go...Yesterday, she called me for the 1st time, making arrangements to be together as a family one day on the weekend....Today...she message me saying, sign those divorce papers....WHAT IS GOING IN ON??ANY WOMAN WANT TO LET ME KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON OR WHAT TACTICS ARE BEING USED?

Seems that when she's not so hot to the bf anymore and the bf walks out, she's more urgent 4me to sign the divorce papers as though blaming me things arent' working out for them..but then evrything is lovie dovie, she's in a good mood. So far the bf walked out on her 2x and she's doing all the chasing. I've just became a background and have just been remembered when I stayed silent the past couple of days of no contact with her..Her own parents or relatatives and even her own friends don't know what went wrong and what's gone in her mind...IT IS SO NOT HER....WHY WHY WHY!?!?!?!?Yes I love my family and they mean the world to me..

It sounds like for the minute all she wants to concentrate on is your son and trying to be a family. This is why she arranged a family day. She's not quite sure what she wants with you, which is why you're getting mixed signals.
Let her know that you've tried your best to please her and you're not going to chase her anymore. And mean it. If she wishes to be with you and your son, then be with her, but not as partners.
If she still loves you she will begin to miss you and she will come back.

Well best bet is to not chase her anymore, she will come back in good time, and as for the divorce papers, tell her you will play no part in the bringing down of the marriage via signing the papers, if she wants it done then she is to do it herself. Tell her you dont have the mutual feelings to have the breakup. As for now focus your attention on the son, its probaly traumatizing for daddy all of a sudden not being around constantly, make arrangements to have him on a daily basis, if she doesnt agree, best get a laywer involved in case things only persue to get uglier,
Best of luck

I honestly think it's over for good. Keep in mind that u do share a child together and her wanting to do the family thing with u doesn't sound unusual, though this doesn't mean that she still wants to be in the marriage.
Just let her go and try to move on with your life as best as u can.

If you love her a want to be a family again then fight for the relationahip. Do not sign the papers and teel her you are not signing them. Let her know she and the family are your world and it will always be that way. You might think it is not fair her abuse to you saying things that hurt, and acting as if she dont want you, but we are men and there is no shame in fighting for the woman or family we love. A woman is won over by persistance

Sounds like she is using you for when she gets lonely. For her to be with another man as quickly as she was, I would come to the conclusion that she did leave you with interests in someone else. If I were you, I would step away from this for at least a while and find out what the whole truth to this situation is before even thinking about working things out.

She is playing you and will continue to do so as long as you go along with it. Make sure you cut off all ties from her and only discuss things regarding your child. She does not want to be with you but she is afraid of the unknown. That is why she keeps coming back to you and as long as you are a yo-yo she continue this behavior. Let her know that she has made her decisions now she needs to live with the consequences. Good luck.

Wow you've got one heck of a problem on your hands. I don't know if she's having mood swings, but it could be that she's testing your reactions.

My advice is to be a man and take your stand! If you don't want a divorce, don't sign it, and continue your quest to win back her heart. But for now, let her run free for awhile. It seems that she wants some space for now. But when she's ready to come back, accept her with open arms.

She has another man. She is young and making a big mistake by leaving you. It seems she is going through that thing that women sometimes go through but she is wrong. Don't "over do it" because she will either come back to you or not. I wish you the best.
