Can illegal be justified?

Everyone who breaks the law deserves justice.

The issue isn't immigration, it is ILLEGAL immigration.

Beside the fact that they enter unlawfully, it is a felony to provide false identification in the U.S.

My point is that this path leads to more violations of our laws.

If being poor and having a difficult life were acceptable excuses for breaking the law, we could set 95% of prisoners free.

We hold criminals accountable, don't we?

The "civil rights leaders" had the right to live here. Many were arrested and paid the price for breaking the law.

You cannot equate their struggle for equality with illegally crossing borders.

it can never be justified, and if being poor and having a difficult life where an excuse, half of this country would have excuses(legal citizens). when the illegals come here, all they do is break law after law after law.

Not everyone comes to the USA for a better salary or for a job. Many come because if they stay in their country they or their spouse or children would be tortured or murdered, forced to have an abortion, forced to have their genitals mutilated as part of a cultural ritual, incarcerated just for their religious beliefs even though they have not commit ed any crimes, and so on...
Clearly, you have never sat in a court room and listened to a girl girl tell you how at 10 she was gang raped by the soldiers in her country and left for dead, that she had no choice but to come to the USA without a visa when her uncle found her and tried his best to get a visa at the consulate, but was denied. at age 13 she can not even walk normal because of the internal and genital injuries she suffered. This is ONE of MANY cases I saw and heard that I can tell you is a JUSTIFIED ILLEGAL. If it was your daughter, unless you are an animal, you would do whatever it took to get her out of the country, even if it meant entering the US without a visa.

I WORK FOR THE CORT AND I SEE THIS EVERY DAY, HOW MANY IMIGRANTS ARE ARRESTED AND HOW MANY AMERICANS ARE ARRESTED. SURPRICE EVERYDAY ARRIVE BETWEEN 6 AND 10 IMIGRANTS AND BETWEEEN 30 AND 50 AMERICANS.

THEY ONLY BREAK TO LAW TO ENTER BUT IF THE LAW ALLOW THEM TO WORK THEY WILL NEVER BREAK THE LAW, THEY JUST WANT TO WORK.

WORK IS A CRIME? CRIME IS WHAT WE WNAT TO DO WITH THIS PEOPLE.

We Mexicans have no opportunity to enter the U.S. legally. only people with assets in Mexico can get Tourists' visas which they then overstay and become illegals. My family is so poor we couldn't get this kind of visa. so we borrowed to get smuggled in. I hate to be seen as a lawbreaker it makes me cry sometimes but we have to survive. it's common sense. I speak English and i'm grateful that I learned it. but I suffer so much now that i can read and understand how much americans hate us.
