i know that this is going to sound obvious but doing anything to enable you to get a good amount of sleep. It is the only time you can actually switch off as long as you don't have anxiety dreams etc. Sleep will then rejuvenate you for the next day to deal with things. Good luck!

just remember that everyone is human and can only do so much and all the stressing in the world isn't going to make matters any easier in fact stressing only makes things worse. When you feel that a situation is getting stressful take a deep breath and close your eyes for a second . Remind yourself that you are not a super robot and you can only do so much. Pushing yourself and getting stressed out will only bring you closer to the grave from a heat attack. Learn to pace yourself and learn to tune people out. Like the old commercial for arrid extra dry deodorant and antiper. used to say " never let them see you sweat"

Hey I was a trainer for a big cal centre the best you can do is stay calm. If you are getting stressed try your hardest to control it. Don't let people on the phones get to you they can be **** but if you sympathise with them they will cool it. Sometimes they are being messed about by that company. Also forget the calls that upset u just go on to the next call and think positive. Remember you CAN hear a smile!!

Take a few deep breaths, then think of somebody you admire who is cool under pressure - pretend you are them and handle it the way you think they would. Sounds silly, but it also distracts you a little from feeling stressed.

This probably sounds really naff, but having a bloody good cry & scream behind closed doors helps!! It's a great way to release tension! It doesnt mean you're weak, it allows the tension from your body, thus allowing you to refocus.

Remember it's not the situation that causes stress, it's how we REACT to the situation that causes stress.

You might not be able to control the situation, but you can ALWAYS control how you react to it.
