This is puppy love you are talking about
You say you love some one and at the same time you are not sure whether he loves you.
This is not love it is just height of stupidity.
You do not even know whether this person loves you and you are all ready thinking of marriage.
First get to know the person and let him know about your intentions through some mediator if necessary.
Then if he shows any interest you go ahead with your proposal.
It is a long journey but worth trying.

you wont know if you'll marry him until you know he loves you. and even then love and marriage dont always go together. marriage is kinda hard work, and it's nice just to have passion and romance for a while. if he finds it hard to be without you, is interested in who you are, then he maybe loves ya.
