i want girls to love me that's why I want to lose weight

Loosing weight will not make girls love you. Females do not really look at the outside first like men do. We are attracted to personality, 'gentlemanlyness' and thoughtfullnes, plus intellegence - remember when a woman looks at or first meets a man she wonders firstly what type of dad and provider he will be. Learn manners first and try to put others first, but getting to love yourself, before you are able to do this. So if you don't like your weight loose it for you and not for a 'potential' girlfriend, Now lecture over lets loose weight!!!
Go to the gym and work out. Eat three meals a day ie for breakfast have fruit and youghurt, for lunch meat and vegies (don't eat meat with starch) For supper keep it light as you will soon be asleep and don't want to pack on the pounds while you sleep. Exercise at least 3 times per week and stay off the beer. Drink plenty of water and all the best

First, you need to make sure you are ready to make that commitment. It is hard for alot of people to stick to a healthy way of life, but it sure pays off when they do. You need to start eating healthy. Cut out fast food. Think high Protein, Low fat options, Drink LOTs and LOTS of water. Iced water helps jump start your metabolism, so drink that throughout the day.EXERCISE is the key. Try your best to do at least 10 mins of cardio(fast walking or jogging)followed by some strenghth training( do targeting exercises using 5 Ibl weights) at least 3 times a week. Try the Weight Watchers Flex Points program. This is a good program because that lets you enjoy a wide variety of food while controlling your eating with the Points food system!

Girls should love you for YOU on the inside - but I do understand....

I have stopped drinking soda pop (both regular and diet). Also - cut out bread and starches as much as possible. If you have to have starches - do a sweet potato instead of a white potato. Use whole wheat bread and pasta instead of white bread and pasta..........

I have lost 5 pounds in a week with this - but I am a girl - guys lose faster.

Also - start walking a lot for exercise.......Hey - why not invite a girl to go walking with you??!!

If you want to lose weight it's really no secret how to accomplish that it's Diet, Excersise, and Healthy sleep pattern you do these things I promise you will lose weight and feel great good luck

Girls don't love guys that are obsessed about their weight, so just excercise for about two hours a day and replace some foods such as burgers and chips with fish and rice....and it's a fact that whatever u eat, if u don't burn it off it stores as fat,so remember to excercise. But please eat, don't go all anorexic, and don't loose too much weight too quickly, girls don't like skinny little guys!

Do watch what you eat. Eat no more then 3 times day 2 sandwiches
Eat more fruit.
Exercise more go running or dance once a day.
go to a sport school get those muscles

I use the "I'm full" diet. I say I'm full and they stop serving... There's no law that states you have to finish every morsel on your plate. Eat until you are satisfied, then stop and find an activity, or exercise. You will feel better, the girls will notice you feel better and be more approachable. Thin is not sexy, confidence IS!

Just do one thing.
When u wake up in the morning Take a glass of water add one complete lemon juice to it and drink it.
This should be the first thing u should do in the morning and then see urself in 2 weeks. u'll see a change.
Note:- Before brushing ur teeth.
