im a musician and i carry my guitar everywhere!.. u better not check it in cos ur guitar will end up like a banjo or unknown instruments.. loosen the strings so they dont snap or bend the neck .. goodluck ..

sure bring your guitar onboard, but it must be in a approved guitar case, i,e vinyl case made for guitars and must be checked in. Sorry you can no longer carry on board. Any additional questions can be answered by your airline of choice. Now go fly the friendly skies and have a great trip.

Every airline has their own policy so it's best to ring and check. You certainly should be able to check it into the hold. It's probably too big for cabin baggage anyway.

Stings of guitars can be used for strangulation. Thus, it cannot be brought inside the cabin area of the aircraft and had to be checked-in as a baggage.

It will not fit in the approved baggage container, you would have to check it or buy it a set of its own

My friend always takes his with him when he flies. He as a small Taylor that will fit in overhead storage.
