why should you do such a messy thing of strangling her? don't bother...you don't have to put up with this kind of girl...

yeah, you love her but you have already talked her out of it...but still? it's pointless....call it a day & buzz off..

We all have different ways of handling different issues. Sometimes been possessive is mistaken for been principled and vise visa. The whole idea is all about compromise. Your gf wants you to do things in a certain way and you believe that it is wrong; it is all about two versions of the same story. both of you want what is good for both of you in different ways. Please don't confuse constructive criticism with domination. Remember you don't have everything you need and the same with her. TOLERANCE is the best medicine for this kind of 'ailment'. Never let the idea of strangling her come to you again. Simply tell her no and give reasons.

Good luck brother!

She is digging her own grave!
She will not eva eva eva change and as much as she thinks she can,she is fooling herself. She was probably all her life been that way. With friends as well!I wud have to say move on.She could just really love you or maybe she is obsessed or maybe she is unintentionally pushing you away cause she feels she doesnt deserve you or else it could be that she knows how all the girls want you and that frustrates her or it could be that u have given her reason not to trust you.Have u cheated on her or something?Well anyway...what eva it is,I suggest you dont wait to figure that one out.Possesiveness neva goes away,it only gets worse!!!

If there is one thing you need to know it's that you cannot change people. At least not for the long term. If she's possessive now, chances are she's been hurt in the past. Maybe that's something you need to ask her about.

If her behavior doesn't change after all that, and it's affecting you to the point of frustration and misery, then it might be time to take a little break.

Or even a clean and permanent break up.

give her a break... she probably just loves you and is afraid to lose you, just make sire u are treating her right and not flirting with a lot of other girls then she will be able to trust you more and not be so possessive... the thing is with guys they are usually the ones causing us to act like that but they are too dumb to see that and its always the girls fault

Don't want to seem too negative here but just kick her to the curb man.

She'll crawl back in regret and then you can lay an ultimatum on her stating "cut it out or we're done."

If she doesn't come back you've lost nothing, believe me.
