u need to see a doctor. there re some drugs which suppress appetite. if u weren't too much overweight i would suggest just eating less and exercising, but if u re too much overweight any sport unsupervised by doctor might just kill u. start going to swimming pool. this is very good for fat people as a starter. so this is your only solution - eat drugs for appetite and go to swimming pool. diet wouldn't help u alone

Only do it if you really need to lose the weight. You probably look just fine the way you are.

If you are intent on doing it the key to success is a diet/exercise plan which fits in around you and your lifestyle. The more changes you have to make to stick to it the less likely you will succeed.

If weight watchers worked for you before there is no reason it will not work again.

As I said before, If you need to lose the weight then go for it.

Good luck

Keep a diary do you have a weight watchering friend who will review your food and drink intake regularly ie once a week
Stay with weightwatchers if you can afford it. Moral support should never be under estimated.
When I attended ww I found soups were my salvation. Celery soup, minestroni soup, carrot soup---- along with many others took some of my appetite away.Their own brand sweets were excellent on long or boring journeys.
Good luck it is not easy for us mortals is it?

The Rosedale Diet or the South Beach Diet combined with Paul Mckenna's 'I will make you thin' will sort out all your weightloss issues - both mental and physical at the same time.
