I have light brown/blondish hair and paleish tannedish skin color. Everyone agrees that i would look good as a blonde. My mom let me have a few highlights but i think that they are too little, i would like to get lots of highlights, so that i look sort of blonde. I don't know if my mom will let me or think im just doing it cuz i want to be blonde, not bcuz it looks good. Im only thirteen, do you think im too young?

NO!!!!!!!! Well, I'm 13 and my mum won't let me have highlights because they dry up your hair but I have 3 friends who are the same age as me and their mums let them have loads of blonde highlights so they look blonde with brunette streaks. I would love to have blue and red because I've wanted to have them since I was 7 years old. I'm Indian so I have extremely dark brown hair which everyone says is black but it isn't, It's sooooo annoying because when I look at it in the mirror, it looks black but when I look at my school photos, it looks dark brown and also when I look in the light it looks dark brown
