How do I find a sales/management short course in London that doesn't cost the earth?

I may be paying for it myself, so I really need to know what is the most cost-effective way of financing this self-study. Are there any colleges that might offer it?

Find a place where you would like to work and study up on the company to be knowledgeable about it. Present yourself to them as a candidate for them to send to school with you working 15 hours free while attending school and signing a contract to work X number of years for them at X salary in a management position when you finish your studies. This benefits both the company and you; you will have to sell yourself and the idea to them and presenting this idea to them shows your boldness and management has to be bold. You never know until you try something if it will work out. You have nothing to loose and everything to gain if they go for it. ↓
