This is all I could find. If you are looking to lend www.autotrader.co.uk do a good comparison based on the amount you wish to borrow and the amount you can afford to pay every month.

In some cases, financial companies that are not so well known as the high street banks and building societies may charge higher rates of interest, thus increasing the amount you repay.

Good Luck! xXx

It's not necessarily fraud, and it's not co-signing. There is a program for married couples, in commumity property states, that will use the higher spouses score, IF employed, and the other spouse can go stated income, with verification of a job... Other programs require FULL DOC for both, with the primary wage earners score. Co-signing is totally misunderstood. When you use a co-signer, the lowest mid score is used, so it doesn't help if you need their income and they have a lower score. If they aren't going to occupy the property, you could be looking at non owner rates. So many different loan programs are out there, nobody can know them all.
