NO. I wouldnt advise that.. Chicken is the easiest of meats to spoil. I usually recycle chicken or turkey just once. then throw it out.. If your casserole used fresh first time chicken, ok to reheat, but they always advise not to reheat/cook chicken more than once..

I wouldn't recommend it. There is no way to really tell whether your chicken has been time and temperature abused, and if it is heated and reheated, and left between 40 and 140 degrees, there is a big chance that the casserole could be a breeding ground for bacteria. Plus, chicken gets really dry if it's overcooked or reheated, so it probably wouldn't taste too good if it's reheated again anyway.

NO!!!!!!!!!!!!! you must never re-heat previosusly cooked food twice and you should only use leftovers for another dish if you are sure that they have been cooked and cooled correctly....i.e...cooked food must be cooled and put in the fridge a.s.a.p within 1 hour preferably! when reheating make sure it reaches a temp of at least 65 degrees centigrade for 2 mins to kill any bacteria...a meat thermometer can be used to measure temp. quite well....also you must consume reheated leftovers immediatly or dump it,never cool it and reheat it again unless you want a sick tummy!!!!

I'm amazed with some of your answers.I followed a recipe from a book the other day and made chicken soup.The left over chicken that i used was cooked that same day, and it said it was great for the freezer, which is what I have done, and we ate all ate it after a couple of days.I think the main thing with chicken is that it has to be cooked thoroughly and cooled down as quick as possible then frozen. Have any of you ever gone into a Deli and bought a chicken mayo roll/sandwich or chicken and salad sandwiches/rolls what do you think it is cooked that day that is the left over chicken that was not sold whole.
As long as it is stored and heated properly there should not be any problem

NO!!!!!! u should only reheat ANY food once, the bacteria develop spores (like tiny jackets) the protect them from the heat, so they don't die if u try to reheat it again!!!!!
plus anything "wet" is a higher risk food!

Use your nose. If it smells ok, reheat it and eat. I wouldn't try it with raw chicken, but as long as it has been cooked, it's safe.
