Hmmm...Does it really matter?
Personally I'm more afraid of people who beleive in the creation story than some imadgination driven person who has a fondness for fairy tales. Fairy tales aren't going to do anyone any harm, witch-craft doesn't work, so if they choose to believe it does then let them eat cake.
Besides, I know a few 'witches' and they don't believe that. They are into the threefold effect, and sending out good feelings, that kind of stuff...They don't do anyone any harm, infact one of my friends has been wiccan for many many years and I don't feel the same need to shake her as I do with some of my christian friends.
I can't believe some people believe that demon locusts will contribute to the end of the world...Or that the Davinci code caused so much controvery for what is essence was a beefed up fiction novel...
Stop focusing on silly little things like this and try to think of what really causes the world problems...Never heard of a terorist witch have you?
Wiccan's don't worship Satan. That's in idea spread by both hollywood and the Catholic church.

I have never seen something like that. I am a Wiccan, some call us witches, But I have never rode my broom. And turning someone into a toad is bad Karma.

Well, if she was not a good witch, I might have to kick her in the butt. You look like you could be a good witch....I have never known anyone who believed in a witch who could turn someone into a toad, ... maybe a cat, but never a toad. HAPPY HALLOWEEN! ! !

I knew a witch who just adored Satin. Totally worshipped Satin. She liked Watered Silk too.

Remember, that was Christianity's way of demonising another religion. You see it all the time:
Pan, a god of fertility, becomes a blueprint design for Satan's new goat look (dispite being an angel originally).
Baal, another creator god, his name gets distorted and becomes Be'elzebub - another name for Satan.
And notice the biggest bit of plagurism ever:
The Madonna and child - Isis suckling Horus (Egyptian)

The Brothers Grimm have great fictional stories! Perhaps those people don't realize what the word fiction means.....
