I think u mean gigolos, these r men who give sexual favours for money or u can say male prostitutes. Why in the world would u want to become one?

It's gigolos, and you must be extremely polite and suck up to little old ladies well. Learn how to make balls of yarn, drive around in circles without complaint, and escort women to places they like to go.
Then, hang out at senior citizen community centers in affluent neighborhoods to 'pick up' your customer base. Only keep one woman at a time from each place in your 'harem' to avoid catfights.
They will treat you nicelyl and give you gifts for services rendered.
Why not get a job instead? You could earn money instead of waiting for handouts, and have coworkers for company instead of people with a limited worldview.

I think you meant gigalos which means:
1) A man who has a continuing sexual relationship with and receives financial support from a woman.
2) A man who is hired as an escort or a dancing partner for a woman.
In other words, a male prostitute!!! :-(

I think the usual way is to be a male escort......through an agency....and then the sexual part of it is obviously unadvertised, and you would have to play it by ear. I imagine the client would make any potential dealings obvious.
