What is the underlying cause of your hair loss? Over styling? Stress? I was losing hair because my pillowcase was too abrasive. I switched to a satin one and it's much better now. You don't necessarily need to pump your body full of supplements. Have you tried Rogaine?

First, you need to find out why the hair loss! All the supplements in the world won't help much if it is genetic or a medical reason. It could also be stress or some vitamin deficiency, Eliminate all the medical reasons before doing anything. Vit Bs are good for hair loss. Check with a health food store i.e., GNC, etc. A thyroid problem is the first thing a Dr. will check you for.

It's best to see a dermatologist to determine if the hair loss is due to an underlying condition or if it's natural male pattern baldness.

I take 2 different vitamins to promote hair growth.........Biotin & Inositol. If you go to your local GNC or Vitamin World, etc. they will be able to tell you whats best for you.

I have a hard time growing hair.I have found using pantene pro v shampoo and conditioner the best.My hair actaully grows better and is stronger,
