thanks for all the answer you guys had given me.. but why i wanna complain her attitude is becoz i think its not rite for her to serve other costumer when i am requesting her to change a new coke for me due to the coke have no gas..

can u imaging drinking a coke without gas.. i cant lor.. i hate the taste so i requested for a change.. and her reply to me is.. "it will still be the same after i change for u, its not going to make any diff" helo u are a manager and u are replying me in this way? she ask me to change it to other drink instead.. so while i was thinking wat drink i shld change to she just turn and walk away, go serve other customer which i find it so rude coz she just left me standing there! this is nt the rite way to serve a customer rite? i believe she shld do something to her attitude, if she dun change her attitude den think abt changing a job, dont work as in a customer services line..

There is a manager then above that person is a district manager. This district manager is the one you want to have a chat with.
Find the head quarters in your area, from there they should ask you what area this BK was located and pass you on to that district manager.
I complained about the Micky D's in town over the computer and got a phone call from the owner. These are not owned by the big corporation. But I think BK is. Or at least when I was a teenager some years ago, I worked at one when I was like 16 or something....
Good luck, try the web like I did?

I used to love eating Burger King. Then I watched in horror as the "cook" pulled burger patties out of a grease pan, placed them on a bun, and microwaved the burger! Then I looked around and didn't see a flame broiling machine or even a grill. Where do they cook the meat??? The King has been killed and replaced by an imposter.

The best way to complain about the manager is to find out who the district manager is and contact him/her.

If there is more than one BK in your area go to one of the other BK's and ask about the offending one and if it affiliated. If so they probably have the same District Manager and ask for the phone number.

A better way is to get the address of the DM and send a letter to them.

OR (did this recently myself) go online to their website and find a contact email there and email them.

This is the ugliest method as it has to go all the way down their corporate chain to the local store, the manager could get a lot of flack for complaints dealt with in this method. Doesn't take long either.

Good Luck!

Call the Burger King head office and make a formal complaint with them.

A friend of mine did that with McDonalds not long ago.... the manager got spoken to and my friend got sent a $10 voucher.

It's Burger King.... If I had to work there, I would probably have a bad attitude, too, wouldn't you? Maybe you should think about trying some compassion or empathy instead of jumping to complaining...
