People are such whining morons. Why must all of you complain for things like racist comments or insulting statements? Is it going to kill you to listen to people say racist things? Is there a possibility you might stop breathing if I insult retarded people?

Sometimes people will let a whole bunch of stuff slide, but I think sometimes it isn't whining when someone complains about racist comments or other insults. (By "complain" do you mean "report"? It doesn't matter, I guess.)

Will people melt or stop breathing if they read lousy remarks? No. Still, some people believe that any time something like racism rears its ugly head anyone who witnesses it should step on it. Maybe many people who have read or learned about the rise of someone like Hitler believe that it is important to step on ignorance and hate immediately. Maybe it won't make it go away, but at least it isn't allowed to just be "out there" unaddressed.

People are often aware that if one person is complacent about something like racism that one person could potentially be among many, many, people also being complacent about it. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link, and many people do not choose to be that weakest link.

We live less than two hundred years away from slavery in the U.S. We live less than seventy years away from the Holocaust. We live less than fifty years away from "Whites Only" signs in the South. And we live in a time when there are people who want to kill Westeners because of their religions, nationalities, and lifestyles.

Many people believe that every blizzard begins with one snowflake, and because so many people wonder why Hitler wasn't stopped before it was too late many people today are not willing to let any snowflake go by. People don't want to go back to the atrocities and ignorance and hate of the past; and while the racists and whoever else certainly have their right to speak their mind, they shouldn't be surprised when few others are willing to listen to, or read, what they have to say.

If you insult retarded people will I have stop breathing? No, but am I always able to just overlook some of the lousiest remarks made about some of my fellow human beings? Not always. Some of them just seem to beg for an answer; and although I've never reported anyone on here, I think some of those remarks do deserve reporting at times

If you are fortunate enough to have been born without mental retardation (even if your wish to insult retarded people seems to indicate a lack of maturity and well adjustedness on your part), you should thank God or the stars or whoever every day that you weren't dealt a life of struggling to do some simple things. The parents of people with retardation live with the heartbreak of watching their child struggle and the fear of what will happen to that person when the parents die. Mental retardation is not a joke and it certainly doesn't deserve cruel insults - especially from someone who, I presume, may have been blessed with a brain that mostly functions without challenge.

People who aren't willing to let insults to retarded people or racist or other hateful comments go by aren't "whining morons". They are stepping on cruelty, hate, and ignorance. Some people don't need to think they'll stop breathing in order to stand up for other humans. They just stand up for them because it is the right thing to do.

I don't think the people who make racists comments or insult retarded people will melt or stop breathing if they're complained about, will they? Are they whining morons who can't take it when someone speaks up?
