Normal data ... you simply can't

if it's audio or video you may be able to recompress it to make it fit but you'll lose a lot of quality

Well you can use Winrar and rar the file(s). There is an option to split the data onto multiple volumes and you can define the size. You can also enter encryption for the files.

Depends what file type you want to write. Most videos can be compressed without any quality loss with a program called VDub. If it's any type of file types, this might be difficult. I suggest zipping/compression & you might be able to squeeze it on. Alos, don't be afraid to overburn a CD. I have several times with no problems thus far.

Use compressere like UHARC,7zip winrar,winzip,kbarchiver,etc to compress the file and uncompress it later.
But i have a software that use to store more than 4.6gb in a min

Just span it over a few disk and have a collector's box set of data :-)
