can i get Malayalam font in my mobile?

Unfortunately you cannot. Unless it is supported by the character set of your mobile which is not a software but an EPROM. Some mobiles have capability of non-english fonts. But to send a message in that font, I think your service provider also needs to support multi-lingual SMS.
