Lie on your back, legs straight, arms next to your body. Lift both legs about 30degrees from the ground. Do 3 sets of 15. Then lift your legs a bit higher about 45degrees from the ground, also do 3 sets of 15 and remember to breathe in and out after each leg lift, don't hold your breath, your muscles need oxygen.
Bend your legs and move them side to side for about a minute to cool down.
Do this everyday and you should see a difference within 2 weeks. Remember to eat healthy and drink a lot of water! Good luck!

First and foremost, try to improve your diet. Trans fats and high-fructose corn syrup (cheap sweetener used in everything) are the main culprits. Basically, try to eat unprocessed food. I've also discovered that high-fiber foods clean you out, thus reducing your belly. Last, but not least, work those abs! There are plenty of good videos/dvds out there to help strengthen the torso. Good luck!

Eat less calories!
You'd be suprised how many calories your body consumes a day, compared to how many calories your body uses per day. If you consume about 500 calories less than your normal calorie diet intake (rough estimate your body wieght X 10 Exp. 185 x 10 =1850 cal. per day to stay at 185) so eat 500 less per week and you can lose about a lb per week. Plus 60-90 min of elevated heart rate exersise can help you shed off some wieght.

Make small, gradual changes and over time, they will have an extremely powerful effect on you.

Check out http://www.obesitykills.iconfessional.com . The guy there is an ex-Marine, like myself, and he's putting together a program for himself in his blog that will get him back into shape. It will work for pretty much anyone and he's doing it all publically.

He's not selling anything, just sharing what he's doing as he does it. He's hoping for encouragement and motivation from his readers.

Hope that helps.
