you could always make fried spam sandwhiches. or you could take some spam and chop it into very fine specks and mix it into your favorite fried rice. you can do anything with spam. even put it on pizzas- just like pepperoni.

Yes, Koreans make something called buday chigae. Spam, vienna sausages, and vegetables boiled in a pepper paste sauce, seasoned with garlic, ginger and possibly onions and soy sauce. You can also add glass noodles or ramen or both to it.
I'm looking for various recipes for you this seems to be a fusion one between Korean and American. http://www.geocities.com/ypmljulia/images/Soup(Chigae)/Ham%20Chigae.htm

My favourite was slices of spam dipped in egg and breadcrumbs and fried to a golden brown. Rather like meaty hash browns. they were great with mashed potato!

you could try substituting it for other meats such as ham, prosciuto etc, then use in say pasta carbonara, also might be interesting to mix with onion, garlic, egg and breadcrumbs as a spamburger. if you find a good recipe please forward it as it would be fun to find something to do with spam.

Cut up spam and put it into scrambled eggs. I personally wouldn't eat it now but my mom used to give it to us when we were little.

ewwww! My brother in law works for a meat company that grinds up meat and sells to major companies like spam etc.. He refuses to eat canned meat now. You'd go vegetarian if you worked in those factories and knew what exactly went into spam... OH.. Im turning green just thinking about it now.

Garden Vegetable SPAMWICHES(I know you did not want sandwiches but I love this one)
Ingredients
1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® Oven Roasted Turkey
1 tablespoon butter
½ cup butter
12 asparagus spears
1 red bell pepper
½ cup honey mustard
12 phyllo dough sheets
1 egg, beaten
Sesame seeds
Honey mustard for dipping, if desired
Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut SPAM into 4 lengthwise pieces and then cut each piece into 3 lengthwise strips. Over medium-high heat, fry SPAM strips with 1 tablespoon butter until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and set aside. Put asparagus spears (with ends removed) and about ½-inch water In microwave safe dish. Cover and cook until crisp tender, about 2 minutes. Drain and set aside. Cut off top of red pepper and discard along with seeds. Cut into 12 strips. Melt ½ cup butter. Brush phyllo dough sheet with melted butter, and fold lengthwise twice. Brush with butter again. At one end of the phyllo dough sheet lay one asparagus spear (so ends poke out of either side), one SPAM strip, one red pepper strip, and squeeze a stripe of mustard down the center. Starting at the ingredient end, roll up dough around the vegetable & SPAM bundle. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Repeat until 12 SPAMwiches have been made. Bake on greased cookie sheet for 18 to 20 minutes. Serve with extra mustard for dipping, if desired. Yields 12 SPAMwiches.
