I adopted a not quite two month old kitten. It had worms, a problem with it's eye, and a respiratory infection. At first she was getting better with the eye medicne and antibiotic but now she isn't hardly eating or drinking. She started sneezing and there are blood clots along with fresh blood coming out of her nose. Mostly when she sneezes. But at times the blood just drips out of it and she acts as if she is in pain and doesn't want touched. She was a very loveable cat who liked to play. Is this something serious and should I have her put down?

I think you should take the kitten to the vet ASAP!! An upper respiratory infection is very serious especially in kittens and if she is not responding to the antibiotics, there must be something else that's wrong with her! Don't wait until it's too late. Blood sounds very serious!! TAKE HER TO THE VET!!!

Pleeeeeease do me a favour!!! if it was your new little baby (human) with the exact same problem, would you still ask that same question. Your kitten is your baby (one who cannot tell you when they are in pain) even if you stand there looking at your kitten and seeeeeeeing its pain, be a big girl now and take kitty to the doctor. NOW!!!! I'm surprised your vet did not pick up the severity of the infection, or is it the medicine???mmmmmmm.

sounds like she got in a fight with one of the others. are any of the others males? are they larger than her? poor little girl.. keep her away from the others, keep the blood wiped up and comfort her.. she may not make it.. i'm sorry. but she could pull through.. how is she acting? freaked out or laid back? just talk to her softly, about anything really.. that will keep her calm. if she will let you, hold her or pet her. stay calm.. the last thing she needs to see is you being upset.. *hugs*
