Eggs Benedict.

Toast two english muffin halves.
Put a slice of ham or canadian bacon on each muffin half.
Add a soft poached egg to each half. (To poach an egg, bring a pot of water to a boil, add a tablespoon or two of vinegar, and reduce the heat to a bare simmer. break 1 egg at a time into a small dish, and gentley slide the egg from the dish into the hot
water. It should take about 4 minutes to get the egg soft poached. You can do 2 at a time, just wait a couple seconds after sliding the first one into th water so it has time to slidify a bit, then slide the second one in on the other side of the pot.)
Next pour Hollandaise sauce all over everything, and serve!

That is how to make eggs delicious!

Take three eggs, pour in some cream (or milk) and grind in garlic salt and pepper. Whisk it with a fork until it's all one color. Add some butter to a non-stick pan and let it melt. Then pour the egg mixture into the pan. Add sliced mushrooms to the top of the eggs. Wait until it's hardened on the bottom and then tilt the pan on the side so the runny part of the eggs will cook on the edges. When the egg is slightly browned on the bottom, flip the entire thing over. Put some grated cheese on top of it and let the bottom brown a little. Fold over the egg in half and now you have a fantastic mushroom and garlic omellette.

Scrambled with cheese diced honey ham, a dash of pepper, and a dash of onion powder. It like eating an omelet without it falling apart when you try to turn it. It also taste better if you use a tablespoon of margarine instead of cooking oil. Make sure to make you some toast. Its better if you toast it in the conventional oven than the toaster.
