what is the difference between street methamphetamine and adderall which is described as methamphetamine also?

the adderall is of course controlled, time release capsules, usually adminstered in 5mil doses for attention deficit disorder. but i see it is not abused like the street version.

street meth is grossly impure, has unknown contaminents, and may not even be meth as advertised.
