You have to eat foods that are higher in calories. Foods that have more carbohydrate and fat content. Eating later at night is another way of gaining weight as well as being less active.

sit comfortably on the couch, eat 2 buckets of KFC and 2 litres of cola. repeat these steps every 4 hours. remembering that these training methods require a level of committment it is often useful to use this mantra in times of weakness like when wanting to get of the couch. just repeat these words. I will be a fat lazy lard. good luck and buckets of cholesterol to ya!

Do Yoga and it will give you a perfect figure. One more thing you are young and hence thin. Once you start putting on weight thats all nothing will stop you and that will be more painful that what you feel now.

Dip frozen sticks of butter in sugar and then into egg batter; deep fry. Enjoy!! For an extra special trat, serve with giblet gravy.

Adding muscle is a good way to do this. Strength train and make sure you are eating enough protien (you do not want to gain weight by eating junk and not working out).

Carbs.. and lots of them.. or you could even go see a dietician or go to a gym if you are worried (yes gym's aren't only foe people wanting to lose weight, but for those wanting to put it on too)

You don't really like eating ??? Where are you from, the planet ANOREXIA ?? I suspect you are doing this for attention, because you obviously know that EATING would probably solve this "problem". Sounds like it's not a problem for you, but it may be a game.

Yes i can give you coz i gained so much weight nowadays just by eating cheese, cheese and cheese...junk food ...avoid home made food go for outside food n eat a lot lot n lot...best of luck ...:)
