I've only met this guy this year, but I think he has alot of problems. He's abusive verbally and phisically, he smokes, swears works more than 3 jobs and wags school nearly every day. He has alot of girlfriends.
And he's only 13!!! How can I help him? I don't know why he's like this?

If he is your friend
Then tell him very nicely that you are worried about him
and ask if he has anything going on.
And that he can tell you about it.
etc..
just be really nice
because he could get offended by your worry.

anyway, i dont think theres anything you can do to help him. this kid needs proffesional help.
