how convert dat files to vob files without writing process?

I have tried ALL those softwares but in my experience Xilisoft is the BEST in video encoding. It HARDLY looses the quality of the original file. Its simply What-you-give-what-you-get.

And best of all its SOOOOOOO SIMPLE to use... If you dont know abt the extra features simply select the video file and encode!!!

Well, .dat is usually a VCD format, so you are asking for MPG to DVD format.

You need 2 programs for that, one:

TMPGEnc Encoder http://www.tmpgenc.net/ and

A dvd authoring program such as Adobe Encore DVD. http://www.adobe.com/products/encore/index.html
