What kind of perm do I need to achieve this look?

I have straight asian hair and I'm sick of it! is there a perm that will help my hair look like this:

I only like the bottom to be curled

Just buy hair rollers. The plastic magnetic ones, either roll your hair half way up or just roll up the ends. You do not need a perm for that.
