I just woke up with horrible back pain. The pharmacy is closed, and I am not sure what to do to relieve it. Is there anything that I can do to temporarily relieve the pain?

Try a hot heating pad or hot water bottle...usually heat helps alot with back pain and spasms. If you have something that you can rub on and get someone to do it for you...try using a menthol rub i think its called "ben gay' in the states...or voltaren gel or deep heat in other country's.

it will depend on how a lot constructed you're. sixteen is variety of past due to be "simply establishing" however it's feasible. have you ever had a rainy dream but? if now not, your frame could now not be able for this. you'll e-mail me when you wish to speak about youe specific main issue however right here is a few fundamental recommendation. there's a muscle among yolur legs, when you peniis is like part rough you'll make it stiffer by way of tensing this muscle. you have to stressful this muscle whilst you stroke. stressful and stroke for 10 to twenty seconds, then chill out a couple of sec, then repreat. pace approximately a million to two strokes in keeping with moment. then when you begin to suppose a tingling, or such as you have to pee, then do not give up, begin stroking as rapid as you'll for so long as you'll, and that maybe ample to push you over the threshold to climax. desire this is helping. They're both right and wrong. Sometimes ice helps, it helps me but, a warm pad or hot bath may temporally help. There's not to much you can do by yourself except get as comfortable as possible. Elevate your knees and put a pillow under them so they're ******. Relieve the pressure on your back this way. You may have a slipped disc pressing on a nerve. Your going to have to see a doctor, this isn't something that's going to go away. Good Luck

If you have a heating pad, use that. You might also consider something like Ben-Gay. If no medications are available at this time, try filling a bathtub with as warm a water as you can stand, and try to relax in the water. I'd also advise you to see a Doctor soon. Good luck.

Ibuprophen, if you do not have an allergy to it or medical reason not to take it, is good for pain and swelling. Look up some sore back exercises on the net. But yep, you gotta get to your doc. For some heating pads help. For me when my back is sore I use the gel ice packs as it feels better to me whether or not it is the right thing to do. I also lay on floor and bring my knees to me chest, for some reason just laying on the hard floor helps me. But I suppose it depends on what your back problem is.

A hot bath might help if the pain is caused by muscle spasm.

pain is a complex and varied thing. You don't tell us what is causing the pain, a description, nor a precise location. Sorry.
