Actually, the IQ score isn't affected by the age. It is like a percentage of smartness of how people your age should be off. For example, if you have the score of 100, that means that your IQ is the of the perfect standard as it should be. You would be considered as a genius if you have the IQ score of 150, which means that your IQ is one and a half times your age. IF you are a 20 years old with a 150 IQ, it means that you have the IQ of a 30 year old.

But there many tests nowadays, so, the result might not be 100% accurate.

It's slightly above average, but unless this is an officially accredited test and not an online one, I wouldn't trust the number.
