no procedure. just reformat and reinstall.

The best option is to know the missing .dll name and get it from some other computer/system which has complete OS installed. Copy the missing dll from the computer with complete OS and paste it in the correct folder (C:\Windows\System32....) with missing dll. If dll is saved anywhere on the computer and not in the respective folder will result in inappropriate function of the application refering this dll.

Note: One must be extremely careful while copying/pasting/modifying dlls...

if u want to only copy .dll file without formating windows..and ur windows also suggests what kind ya .dll u r missing ..then it is possible to grab .dll file without formating OS.. just go on this site and in search option write complete dll file name like "kernel32.dll" and it will bring u out this .dll and this website also suggest u meaning-full procedure of where to install this .dll file ...the wesite is http://www.dll-files.com ....all done ..chao
