Sweet heart I think that you are rushing life. Girlfriends aren't always fun and the only reason a girl gets into a relationship its because they are either looking for experience that you haven't yet to offer her. Or she is looking for a husband. I honestly think that you should slow down and have fun with your friends. Yes if your parents allow you to date at this age then you can ask her out to have a shake or something but further I don't really think that, that is a good idea. Don't be shy if you are asking her out and don't do it in front of her friends it might just embarrass her. Girls like confident guys so go up to her with some candy or flowers or even something that she night like and ask her out. She would definitely say yes. But listen to me and listen well from a woman's point of view don't rush life you have only begun so sit back, relax and enjoy your learning stages of life. It is only one time that you could be a child.

being 13 doesn't make you too young.. well you're too young for some things, but if you like a girl, OK, talk to her, be friendly with her, be very very kind to her, and eventually, ask her to walk with you, maybe in a park or smth. i believe in early love, and it can be very romantic (if you don't do anything stupid). If she likes you, she will respond, but in that age, you should be the determined one. Good luck! and don't think too much of your age, it's perfectly natural!

Hey man just be yourself and be friendly to her, the key is to be independent which is kinda hard at age 13 because you dont have a car yet, and also just give her compliments make her feel good.
