I'm a college student and I have the dimensions for a bolt but I don't know how to read it. The dimensions are .625- 11 X 6.25 SQ HD BOLT, GR.5. What does each of the numbers stand for? (Note: I do have access to a mechanics hand book)

0.625=5/8 inch diameter bolt (nominal)
11= number of threads per inch of bolt
6.25 sq hd= size and shape of the head of the bolt
gr5= grade of bolt
