I know if you aren't legal, you can't get help from the government, and even if you have a kid who born here you need to be legal to get help. I think it is better for America if people who is already here stay illegal than legal, and when they work, they can,t have bank account good, you know what happen next, when they sick they didn't go to hospital cause they don't want to get deported. please put your oppinion don't be disrespectful

maybe illegal mexican have a special trait from other country I have a freind who is pregnant, bcoz she is illegal she can't get medicaid, coz they ask her for legal document

The rule for every country is that welfare money are for the citizens of that country. Because the citizens pay tax to the goverment. Those who enter illegally don't pay any tax and they are at their own risk and they will have to look after themselves the best way they can.

you have all kinds of people legal and illegal that abuse the system. Honestly, I think it could average out to the same on both legal and illegal.. The illegal really do need the help more than the legal and the legal are just plain lazy. If they aren't lazy then why are they asking for help if they have the right forms of ID to get a job...

I don't know where you live but illegals can get federal money through the various welfare programs, they don't need a bank account because all their money gets sent back to where they came from. Finally they do go to the hospitals, I know because I have worked as a CT scan/ Xray Tech for over 7 years and I have to treat these people everyday, knowing very well that the hospital will never receive payment for anything we do on the people

Illegals use their anchor babies to qualify for benefits. I've seen the stats. Illegal Mexicans use more welfare than all legal and other illegal races combined. Like three times as much than every single other person on welfare combined. Get the picture? And if amnesty was granted then that # will go up.

The truth is the illegal ones do get help.
I know for a fact that illegal kids get medical insurance aide in AZ definitely.
Another sad fact is that many illegals steal ss#'s so they can either get aide or work. It is contributing dramatically to id theft in the border states.

If I went to Mexico illegally I would spend a great many years in prison for it. Why should that be different here in the US? No other country in the world opens its borders to immigrants to pass freely at will or provides them with social assistance programs.
America provides the most humaniterian aid of any country in the world to the most places in the world. Including Mexico. Why should we be disrespected for trying to protect our borders and our way of life?
