over for any possible food bits flying out. any way i can stop this cycle?

why would you consider stopping it?
next time he doesn't eat his dog food, then fake a sneeze, and watch him gobble down!

That is so funny. Sorry to be that way, but the mental pic is just priceless.
He will eventually stop on his own. If you try any sort of negative punishments, he may stop coming when you call him.
You have to be absolutely certain that it doesn't happen again. If it does, he will learn that persistence pays off and never quit.

Hahahh well the sounds of the sneeze isn't going to put your dog off hahaha. I really don't know what you can do but try to not sneeze around him & ignore him when he comes over.

just reprimand him when he rush over and he won't do it anymore this is the quickest way; what ur trying to do is break his association of food with sneezing so just a)not give him anything when he run over and gradually he'll stop doing it or b)make him associate something unpleasant with ur sneezing and his running to u (verbal reprimand will do)
