if you have a bill to pay and you don't pay it, the dentist would have every right in reporting it to a collection agency..if you can't pay it all @ once pay $10-15.00 a month. as long as you pay something I don't believe they can report you. Good credit is one of the best things you can do for yourself..

If they decide to report it to the credit bureaus; or send it to a debt collection agency that reports it the credit bureaus, it will show up.
I would reccommend setting up payments before it gets there.
If it is with a collection agency, you can offer them to settle it for less and they will probably take it.
Just keep in mind it will show up as settled and stay on your reports for 7 more years.
Make sure you get the agreement in writing, or it may show up again as a new debt under a new company.
