honestly your sister doesnt sound that she would even listen to you when you say that it wasnt you, she would just blame you anyway, so i would just leave it. there is nothing you can do
You could tell your sister but that would cause you's to fight,
oir you could leave it and eventually the boy or she will leave each other and it will all be for the best... good luck
