Simple....exfoliate in the shower using a body scrub regularly and moisturize with a good lotion for dry skin (non greasy is best).
If you have a problem with ingrown hairs or bumps the exfoliation will help and u could also buy a cream with alphahydroxy acid or other stuff like it. A strong cream is by Neostrata. It has 10% glycolic acid. That will help shed dead skin faster and smoothen out your skin, it will also even out the skin tone.

I find fish oil tablets (take 1 a day) to be really effective. I was taking them for something else but found that soft, supple skin is a great side effect.

I use Enchanted Hollow Shea Butter. I put it on right after I get out of the shower and it makes my skin very soft.

1tbsp honey
1tbsp olive oil
few strands of saffron
mix all three n applt on ur face n massage in upward direction. exfoliate with those saffron strands.
do this everyday b4taking a bath for a week n see the results.
its really effective.
it worked for me too.

the best way is when you getting out of shower,make sure that your body damp not completely dry,use body cream or lotion,and of top that use body oil, the skin will be like baby skin, i use it my self people cannot get over how my skin feels and I'm not a teenager,

Exfoliate skin once per week (I love loreal exfoliator with details at http://beauty-tricks.com/index.php?option=com_facileforms&Itemid=&ff_name=ReviewList&ff_param_section=9&ff_param_cat=51&ff_param_limit=10&ff_param_order=SubmissionDateNew) then put on lotion/ cream when your skin is still damp from the shower/ bath.

i use brown sugar mixed with skimmed milk and olive oil as a body scrub... then have a milk bath, and apply body butter.

simple and inexpensive.
